Assembly Committee on Transportation Schedules Hearing on Regional Transit Authority Bills
Thanks to the efforts of Representative John Steinbrink, chairman of the Assembly Committee on Transportation, the Regional Transit Authority bill has reached another milestone: AB-723, the Regional Transit and Jobs Investment Act, and other RTA bills from across the state have been scheduled for a hearing. This is a crucial step in advancing policies that will allow communities to create RTAs to invest in transit and build stonger communities.
